Abuse Complaints
All abuse complaints are handled by us (strictly enforced), we forward complaints to your email on file. Leasing customer is 100% responsible to ensure you whitelist logicweb.com in order to receive all complaints forwarded. There is a $20 abuse handling fee (AHF) per complaint, as stated in our IP leasing policy.
Blacklist / IP Quality
You can request a current list of subnet inventory and run a check online using popular RBL tools, SpamHaus, etc. We enforce strict policies with leasing customers to ensure quality and integrity of our IPs as much as possible.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your auto-renewing service anytime before the 1st of the month, to avoid further billing.
Crypto Payments
Sorry, we do not currently accept any form of bitcoin / crypto payments.
Geolocation
We can update the geolocation for your leased IPs to any city/country worldwide. This is done after your order is placed. Please note we do not have preset locations or such. The location is updated strictly after your order is placed and you provide proper City/Country geolocation information in your order.
IP Rotation
We can rotate one a month per subnet with $25 fee per /24 subnet.
Open Ports
Since these are self-managed dedicated servers, we do not open or close any ports on our end. You manage the ports via your firewall internally. We allow all ports open for legitimate usage.
Money Back Guarantee
There are no money-back guarntees or refunds on dedicated servers or IPv4 / IPv6 leasing. This is a firm policy.
