If you want to access your cPanel shared hosting account’s MySQL databases remotely, you must enable remote access. To do this, you must know the IP address from where you plan to access them; you can find this at numerous sites, such as whatismyip.com.

To Enable Remote MySQL Management in cPanel#

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click Web Hosting.
3. Next to the cPanel account you want to use, click Manage.
4. In the Databases section, click Remote MySQL.
5. In the Host field, enter the IP address from where you want to access your databases.
6. Click Add Host.
